As the company enters an exciting period of growth, we are looking for an experienced, reliable and passionate Personal Assistant to provide day to day support to our Director who manages a hair Salon & Two Cafes . You will focus on being a general helping hand for personal and business commitments and be an individual that loves to get the job done in a fast paced environment. You will have strong organisational & problem solving skills and posses a proactive, can-do attitude. "

What you will do
- Calendar management for personal and business commitments & provide daily reminders.
- Inbox management including screening internal and external requests of the Director, highlighting issues for attention and responding at the Director's request.
- Running errands as required (dry cleaning, gift buying etc).
- Help organise and execute Personal & Business events.
- Updating and maintaining family requirements
- Expense management.
- You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality are part of your professional DNA.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are advantageous.
- You bring excellent organisational and time management skills to the table.
- Working hours will be Tuesday – Saturday 8-5pm.
