About the role
Join our dynamic team as an Executive Assistant, playing a pivotal dual role in supporting both the Director of Content and the Entertainment Vertical. This multifaceted position involves coordinating the daily activities of the Director of Content, managing the Entertainment Vertical's administrative functions, and contributing to the overall success of our media brands, including Woman’s Day, Take 5, New Idea, That’s Life!, Who, TV Week & Now to Love.
Duties
- Calendar management, including scheduling meetings and sending reminders
- Booking and managing travel
- Managing expenses as required
- Creating templates and assisting with weekly and monthly reports
- Assisting with presentations, reports, and internal documents
- Organising offsite meetings, handling logistics
- Organising events, including celebrations, team lunches and team-building events
- Managing email inboxes, Microsoft Teams groups, staff lists, and internal communications

- Office Management/Executive Assistant experience
- Experience supporting a large team and working with a high volume of tasks
- Strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs

- Confident communicator with excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Experience in building and maintaining professional relationships
- Ability to work independently, displaying a high degree of confidentiality
- Strong decision-making skills
