Our client is a leading agency, Based in the vibrant Inner West, this team is made up of exceptionally successful agents whom you can align your Real Estate career with.
What your day would look like:
- Preparation and administration for all properties listed for sale throughout the entire process - including vendor and buyer management
- Prepare properties for sale - repairs, photoshoots, and styling
- Preparing listing and appraisal presentation kits
- Diary management
- Organise and prepare open homes
- Liaise with clients, internal teams and third party suppliers
- Compile reports and database management
- Previous experience in a Sales Admin, PA or EA role
- Be able provide a high standard of work
- Demonstrate high levels of initiative and be able to work autonomously with little direction
- Have exceptional administration skills, a highly developed communication style and very strong computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- NSW Certificate of Registration preferred but not essential
- Monday – Friday Role
- Supporting a well established Agent
