Junior Executive Assistant
A fantastic opportunity exists for a Junior Executive Assistant to provide secretarial and administrative support to partners, special counsel and senior associates in our busy real estate team.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
• document preparation (including the use of precedents) and amendments
• conducting property searches
• arranging general and trust account receipting and cheques
• proactive diary management and coordination of travel arrangements
• answering calls and monitoring emails
• file management including opening and closing files, electronic and physical filing
• end of month billing and reporting
• reconciliation of expenses
• assisting with day to day client management including assisting in maintaining client databases
• general administrative tasks including e-filing, photocopying, printing, formatting and collating documents
• other ad hoc duties as required.
What you need
To be successful in this role, strong organisational skills are essential as well as a high level of initiative, attention to detail, energy and enthusiasm and the ability to follow through. Ideally, you will also have experience working in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
You will possess the following attributes to be successful in this role:
• a minimum of 1 year experience within the legal industry or professional services environment
• strong understanding of software applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, practice management and other technology systems
• exceptional technical skills and preferably, experience working with precedent documents
• excellent attention to detail
• ability to manage multiple tasks and manage deadlines
• excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise and negotiate at all levels
• resilience and a commitment to excellence
• self-motivated with a high level of initiative and the ability to work autonomously.
