In this part-time, remote working role, your days will be diverse, challenging and rewarding and will see you being responsible for a wide range of both business and personal requirements. You will be supporting the CEO and Founder of a well-known, design-focused recruitment agency with bright and stylish offices in Surry Hills with a friendly, inclusive team and a great work ethic.
The CEO’s schedule is busy and varied, with no two days being the same so you will need to be responsive, proactive and able to think on your feet. You will have impeccable time management skills, be discreet and mindful of confidentiality and able to respond quickly to requests and changes in schedule. A good knowledge of computer packages, social media and basic IT problem-solving would be an advantage.
This is an exciting role for someone who has experience in, and enjoys high level EA roles and building close relationships with the people they are supporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Help manage day-to-day affairs
- Extensive minute taking
- High level of complex diary and travel management
- Liaising with offices in the UK and USA
- Booking restaurants and entertainment
- Gate-keeper for emails and responding on behalf of the CEO
- Arranging meetings and managing calanders globally – being on top of time differences
- Managing travel visas, exemptions etc
- IT assistance and guidance in conjunction with the Head of IT
Skills and Experience
- Extremely discreet, mature and conscious of confidentiality
- Sound knowledge of computer packages and some basic ability with problem-solving would be advantageous
- Experience in a similar role
- Proactive and forward-thinking
- Able to respond quickly to requests for information and changes in schedule
