They are now looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to directly support the COO in her day-to-day work.

YOUR NEW ROLE:
Maintaining a high level of organisation and time management, your day-to-day responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Calendar and email management (drafting responses, labelling priorities and juggling a full calendar)
- Prioritising and planning what is business critical
- Stakeholder management (internal and external)
- Joining meetings with Head of Departments and C-Suite and managing/driving action items
- Supporting the COO in all aspects of their multifaceted role in a rapidly growing space
ABOUT YOU:
You will be a professional, articulate, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant who likes to keep one step ahead to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the COO's complex schedule. You will possess the following experience to be successful in this role:
- A personal drive for excellence, internal motivation and a desire to learn and grow
- Proven experience as an EA or a highly experienced PA ready to take the next step supporting C-Suite or similar level executives
- Confidence to meet and communicate with C-suite and their respective EAs
- Ability to think strategically regarding time management and competing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Confidence to make business decisions and understand cause and effect
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy and dynamic environment
- Comfortable giving and receiving feedback in a constructive manner
- A growth mindset in all aspects
- Experience using GSuite (nice to have)
Learning and development knowledge and prior experience in the industry would be a bonus but not essential to be considered for this role.
