As an Executive Assistant, you'll be responsible for managing various aspects of listing, transactions, marketing, prospecting, and administrative tasks. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our real estate processes.
To excel in this role, you should have prior experience in a real estate office environment, proficiency in the Microsoft package, and strong prioritization skills. Your key duties will include providing excellent customer service, proofing advertisements, managing databases, coordinating advertising campaigns, and supporting valuations and inspections.
Experience with software such as Vault, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), Rate My Agent, Realestate.com, and Domain.com.au will be advantageous.
