About the Role
Exciting opportunity to provide high level support to the Head of Programming, Acquisitions and Streaming and the department. The role will include:
- Diary management, travel bookings, and general administration and office support functions.
- Preparing briefing material, reports and presentations and undertake special projects and research work as required.
- Assisting across departments, including data entry into the broadcast software (On-Air) or relevant databases.
- Contributing significantly to team morale and initiate activities to enhance team effectiveness and promote a positive team environment.
About You
You will have substantial experience and knowledge relevant to coordination across multiple managers and teams. Your skills, experience and knowledge will include:
- Ability to make sound judgements, prioritise and solve generally complex problems in a dynamic work environment.
- Communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to foster an open and collaborative approach to work.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Advanced ability to develop and maintain databases and information records.
- Outstanding computer literacy with demonstrated strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Experience working within the television industry (programming and acquisitions) is highly desirable.
