This pivotal role demands seamless communication at every level, and particular care across multi-national contacts.As the cornerstone of support for our esteemed CEO, your daily duties will entail orchestrating extensive travel arrangements, meticulously managing calendars, and facilitating seamless communication with the board in preparation for pivotal meetings and events. Your ability to anticipate the CEO's needs and adeptly convey their directives will truly set you apart. Responsibilities:- Thorough management of CEO and CFO correspondences, ensuring prompt responses and effective delegation.
- Expert coordination of domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Dynamic management of complex and fluid schedules, ensuring optimal time utilisation.
- Facilitation of board meetings, including meticulous preparation of documents and agendas - this may also include travel and event management if interstate or international.
- Seamless organisation of senior leadership gatherings, encompassing presentations and logistical arrangements.
- Ensuring the seamless execution of events and town halls, from venue coordination to guest reception and catering.
- Continuous identification of opportunities to enhance the efficiency of the CEO, CFO, and senior leadership team.
Your Experience & About you:
- To thrive in this role, you will have of 15+ years of EA experience, and specifically experience support CEO's.
- Preference to candidates with a background in FMCG, demonstrating an innate understanding of the industry dynamics and an ability to navigate fast-paced environments with finesse.
- High-level communication skills are paramount, and you will show pride in your presentation of personality, behaviour and accessibility.
- Adaptability with regards to technology and different methods of communication
- Prior experience with Board Management program 'Diligent' will be looked upon favourably.
