Over 30 years The Foundation has grown to work in more than 25 countries throughout Africa, South Asia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and the Pacific, as well as in Australia. We have an ambitious five-year strategic plan that aims to take us even closer to realising our vision of a world in which no person is needlessly blind, or vision impaired and Indigenous Australians exercise their right to sight, good health and self determination.

The Executive Assistant to the CEO is accountable for providing administrative, secretarial and executive support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
You will be an experienced EA to a CEO, with exceptional organisational skills and high attention to detail, coupled with excellent written communication skills. You will be used to working in a busy environment, managing conflicting priorities and deadlines and ensuring positive outcomes. You will be service orientated, with a can-do attitude and have a team-based mindset. Further, you will possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence senior stakeholders. You will also have strong technical skills with the ability to pick up new systems quickly and effectively. Finally, you will be process driven with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
