What You Will Be Doing
The Executive Assistant to Chief Legal Officer and Board Secretariat is responsible for providing a high-level administrative support to the Chief Legal Officer. The role coordinates a range of administrative and reporting functions on behalf of the Chief Legal Officer. Under the direction of the Chief Legal Officer and in collaboration with the Chief Executive and Board Chair, the Executive Assistant to Chief Legal Officer and Board Secretariat, is responsible for the day-to-day administration, logistics and secretarial activities of the Board of Directors.
What You Need
Key responsibilities include:
Support the daily operation of the Chief Legal Officer, including associated secretarial and administrative functions.
Board Secretarial duties, including, compilation and distribution of Board papers, agenda preparation, minute taking for Board and Board Committee meetings, support to the Board Chair as required.
We anticipate you will have:
  • Previous corporate governance and Board administration experience.
  • Previous senior administrative assistant experience.
  • Proficient drafting, editing and proofing skills.
  • Computer skills in Office 365 and Board Portal.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a faced-paced environment.

(SINGLE INTEREST EMPLOYERS) ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2021-2025
for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.

Selection Criteria Essential: Previous corporate governance and Board administration experience.
