About the role:- Coordinate the daily business of the CEO by regularly reviewing diary, meeting, travel demands and budgets and identifying possible issues.
- Support division Directors with administration requirements as needed.
- Coordinate documentation and processes to support the procurement administration, financial administration, and reporting.
- Coordinate meetings, reschedule meetings, preparation of meeting minutes, updating documents and corporate calendar for relevant committees.
- Continually review duties and operations to ensure optimal efficiency in the role.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
- Superior attention to detail and ability to remain focused on specific tasks
- Superior organization skills and ability to work to strict deadlines
- Demonstrable confidence and maturity in communication
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills
- You will have excellent stakeholder management experience.
- You will have intermediate to advanced IT skills.
- Temporary assignment until June/July 2024
