von Bibra Auto Group Robina is a multi-franchised Automotive Dealership located on Brabham Circuit in Robina and employs 220+ Gold Coast locals. The Robina Dealership is home to GWM Haval, Kia, MG, Mitsubishi, Nissan, and Subaru and is the largest of the four von Bibra Dealerships on the Gold Coast.
We are now seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to assist our General Manager with a variety of administrative tasks in this newly created position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling income and outgoing calls for the GM
- Reviewing and drafting correspondence on behalf of the GM
- Preparing and coordinating presentations and reports
- Researching and preparing materials needed by the GM
- Attending meetings, taking minutes, and following through on actionable items
- Liaising with key management and key stakeholders
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings
- Managing Building Maintenance
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous one-on-one EA experience, preferably within a busy ever-changing business in a medium to large-sized retail business
- High energy levels, integrity, discretion, and attention to detail
- Strong organisational and follow-through skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
