Oracle Psychology is a well known and respected practice located in the Newcastle CBD. We assist individuals and families with therapy and assessments for clients of all age. We have considerable expertise in the child and adolescent domain.
Qualifications & experience
- Preferably 2 years’ experience or more in a similar role
- Be highly organised and an excellent multitasker
- Immaculate presentation and strong communication skills
- Knowledge of and education in psychology and/or business or similar field
- Valid driver's license and your own car
- Must be able to work in a fast-pace environment
- Have a high sense of initiative and be self-driven
- Have a positive attitude, high levels of resilience and the flexibility to take on additional tasks when required
- Have exceptional written and verbal skills
Tasks & responsibilities
- Assist the Principal Clinical Psychologist with their day-to-day, including but not limited to administrative tasks, managing calendars and general duties
- Organise office events and assist with general office upkeep
- Engage in high level proof reading and document preparation (exceptional written communication skills required)
- Order and maintain office stock
- Prepare and take minutes for meetings
- Liaise with personnel, companies, community members & stakeholders (excellent verbal communications skills essential)
- Support other departments where required
- Adhoc tasks where required
