Executive Assistant

We are a very successful national award winning business that has an enviable reputation and market share.

We are looking for a competent, knowledgable, resourceful person with a can-do attitude to work with a small team in our Fyshwick office assisting with many and varied managerial tasks.

An important aspect of this role is national  media buying for television,radio and print advertising as well as social media with a large monthly budget.

Being comfortable negotiating rates with media representatives is essential.

The suitable applicant should also have an interest in business and have been previously employed in private enterprise.

Past experience using Xero software would be advantageous.

The position is for 3 to 4 days/week (flexible) from 8am to 4pm.
