Wellness Australia Group is a leading NDIS registered service provider dedicated to creating inclusive communities and providing exceptional support and care to individuals living with disability. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Executive Assistant to join our team.
About the Role:
- Full-time position
- Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team as needed
- Manage calendars, arrange meetings and take minutes, follow up on actionable items
- Provide assistance to the Finance Manager with data entry, accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain operations registers including asset, property management, insurance, vehicles etc.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, marketing materials and presentations
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, organisational, and communication skills are essential
About You:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, organisational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of the NDIS sector will be given preference
