- Provide executive support, including communication facilitation, editing papers, briefings, presentations, calendar and travel management, meeting coordination, policy advice, and event coordination.
- Support committees, working groups, and projects by organizing venues, preparing agendas and documents, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Liaise between senior managers, stakeholders, colleagues, and clients, facilitating meetings, travel, and communication.
- Research, investigate options, and provide recommendations on administrative issues.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Develop and maintain record management, filing, and reporting systems for documentation and workflow coordination.
- Build and sustain effective relationships with internal and external contacts to facilitate communication and meet business needs.
