About the roleThe role As the Executive Assistant, you will be the backbone of the legal team, primarily managing the diary, emails, and appointments of the General Counsel. The Executive Assistant will work as part of a dynamic team of seven in house lawyers and one Paralegal. The Legal team uses a business partnering approach to support the business to implement strategic and commercial initiatives whilst minimising legal risk. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the General Counsel’s diary, emails, and appointments with precision, ensuring optimal organisation and time management
- Serve as a primary communication point, ensuring clear and effective interaction between executives and internal stakeholders
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders through exceptional interpersonal skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Assisting in the preparation and facilitation of internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking
- Co-Administrator & user of the Plexus Gateway document management system
- Legal vendor and invoice management About you:
- Demonstrated experience in supporting C-suite executives or a senior executive team in a legal environment
- Excellent organisational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
