Senior Executive Assistant opportunity, working within a professional services organisation - providing high level support to the Managing Principal
Moss & Co have partnered with a mid-tier national organisation that specialise in Insolvency & Debt Recovery. We're looking to fill a Senior Executive Assistant opportunity, providing high-level support to the Managing Principal.The firm specialise in Insolvency, Debt Recovery & Restructuring. As a Senior EA, you will provide top level support to the Managing Principal of the firm, as well as provide limited support to 3 other Principals (on an ad hoc basis).
This role also has two direct reports, the Office Manager and a Personal Assistant.

In this role, your responsibilities include;
- Complex Diary management;
- Email management for MD;
- Preparing documentation/reports
- Preparing for and attending Principal and Leadership conferences and meetings;
- Assisting with strategy implementation;
- Billing and Reporting;
- Ad hoc Administrative duties
