Working with a small-medium boutique consulting organisation, we are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to join the team in a permanent role.
This isn't your typical Executive Assistant role, it would rather suit someone who comes from an Office Manager, Project Coordinator, Senior Administrator type background and is eager to take on a new challenge. Whilst the main priority of the role will be supporting two partners with their day-to-day - anything work relocated from dairy management, formatting proposals and documents and dealing with a high level of external stakeholders. Other duties would consist of market research, coordinating meetings, the occasional event organisation and industry specific tasks.
We are looking for someone who has a hunger to learn, is highly organised, is great with time management and also who shows high levels of initiative. Thinking ahead and planning for deadlines needs to come almost as second nature to the successful individual.
The role:
Supporting two Partners in the organisation
Reporting and high levels of document control (specific to industry)
Diary management and organisational activities (mainly external meetings)
High levels of external stakeholder engagement
Occasional event planning and attendance as support to the partners
The Successful Candidate:
Previous experience in roles such as Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager or even Project Coordinator/ Project Administrator type roles.
Experience in a consultancy, or even a law firm would be advantageous
Diary or calendar management experience
High levels of attention and organisational skills
Ability to deal with a high level of document control, reporting, formatting, proofreading etc
The ability to frequently speak to high level external stakeholders with a friendly and professional manner
