As our clientele is essentially corporate, most of our events are Monday to Friday.
The Position
The Executive Chef is responsible for both the overall creative culinary vision and the management of the kitchen team. In a multi-event environment, the Exec Chef will need to be able to delegate operational responsibility to others who will execute individual events on-site.
The role is both varied & interesting.
The current kitchen team is well-trained and experienced.
The position reports to the Managing Director.

Our kitchen is modern, clean and well-equipped. It is located in Sydney's northwest, 30 minutes drive from the city.
The Candidate
Candidates must demonstrate a strong culinary background in a corporate catering or hatted restaurant environment.
We are seeking candidates with superior creative culinary skills with a flair & passion for food.
Candidates also require strong organizational skills.
Candidates must have a driver's license and be willing to drive our vehicles. Only candidates that meet this criteria will be contacted for interviews.
