The Group advises on employment, productivity growth, macroeconomic conditions and strategy, energy, climate change and decarbonisation, industry development, business innovation, transport policy, and land use planning.This includes providing advice on inclusively growing jobs and living standards, responding to inflation, and reducing the emissions-intensity of the Victorian economy.About the roleWe are seeking an accomplished Executive Director to lead our Economic Group, offering an exceptional opportunity to make a significant impact over a five-year period. Reporting to the Deputy Secretary of the Economic Division, the position sits on the divisional leadership team and oversees four executive reports.In the role you will provide influential advice to Ministers and Government to shape policy, implement the Government's agenda, and enact positive change.
