About the Role:

We're excited to announce a newly created senior leadership position the Executive General Manager of People. Based at our Head Office in Sippy Downs or our Brisbane office in Fortitude Valley, this role plays a crucial part in shaping and executing our human resource strategy.

As the EGM People, you'll be at the forefront of developing the intellectual capital of our business, leading core HR functions, and providing strategic leadership. Your focus will include learning and development, employee relations, workplace health and safety, analytics and projects, and risk management.

• Develop strategies aligning with Youi's vision and people-related strategic objectives.

Your Profile:

• A seasoned HR professional with experience in learning and development, employee relations, WHS, and general HR.
• Proven ability to provide strategic leadership to an executive team and board of directors.
• Familiarity with workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
• Exceptional skills in developing leadership capabilities and delivering effective skills training.
• Passion for fostering a diverse, fun, and inclusive work environment.
