Key Responsibilities:

Supervision and Leadership:

• Oversee and lead the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service.
• Provide guidance and training to ensure staff follows established procedures and protocols.

Quality Assurance:

• Maintain impeccable cleanliness standards throughout all areas of the hotel.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure all rooms and public spaces meet or exceed 4-star quality.

Inventory Management:

• Monitor and control housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring efficient use and timely replenishment.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to streamline inventory processes.

Guest Satisfaction:

• Address guest concerns and requests promptly and professionally.
• Implement and maintain effective communication channels with guests to ensure their needs are met.

Scheduling and Staffing:

• Develop and manage housekeeping schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Participate in the recruitment and training of new housekeeping staff.

Budget Management:

• Assist in developing and managing the department's budget.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.

Collaboration with Other Departments:

• Work closely with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
• Participate in cross-departmental meetings and initiatives.

Adherence to Policies and Procedures:

Qualifications and Requirements:
