Salary- Effectively manage day-to-day administrative operations of the Office of the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academic)
- Gain high level oversight of the University's academic portfolio and liaise with senior executive and management teams
- Contribute to key projects and process improvement initiatives
- Continuing, Full time (0.8 FTE considered for the right candidate)
- Level 8 - $107,199 to $121,340 pa FTE (plus 17% superannuation)
- Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Dubbo, Orange, Port Macquarie or Wagga Wagga
- Excellent organisational, analytical and influencing skills. Financial knowledge would be highly regarded
- High level communication (including strong report writing) and interpersonal skills appropriate for engaging with executive, academic and professional stakeholders
- Proven ability to work autonomously and in a team to meet multiple deadlines and balance competing priorities
