Executive Project And Liaison Officer

Public Sector People are recruiting an Executive Project and Liaison Officer for a local council in Melbourne’s North.
  
This role is providing a high level of Project And operational support to the City Services and Living Division. You will be liaising with internal departments to ensure an advocacy agenda is developed and executed for emerging community service issues.

Requirements include:

• Relevant tertiary qualification with several years’ experience in community services planning and policy, project management, local government, or a related community service orientated industry.
• Sound understanding of the community services sector and the long-term goals of Council in relation to the City Services & Living Directorate.
• Demonstrated experience in developing, influencing, and implementing public policy and strategies.
