DI Transformation - Executive Reporting Manager

About the role:
The DI Transformation team defines and owns the 360-degree value approach that identifies, tracks, measures, and drives transformation business outcomes. Due to the size and scale of the program, the governance and oversight at all levels of the enterprise (Executive & Board level) is significant and regular.
Working with the EM DI Transformation and teams supporting the EGM - Digital Insurer and wider Digital Insurer - Policy Transformation (DI-PT) program, the Executive Reporting Manager will coordinate and oversee the development and delivery of Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Board reporting on behalf of the program.
The core objectives of this role are to embed efficient Executive Reporting processes that enable effective Executive and Board governance and oversight of DI-PT. This includes enabled executive level North Star performance visibility and assurance insight that drives program pace, optimises executive agenda time demand and reporting effort.

Strategy
- Supports strategic narrative and vision for DI-PT, in alignment with Suncorp's Group Strategy, with a robust reporting framework which brings to life the value creation for customers and the business.
- Communicate the target operating model for the future, with particular emphasis on the opportunity that the DI-PT program presents to transform the business across customer, business, employee, and cost base.
- Adopt an executive level reporting governance approach that supports fast decision making, ensures business value realisation and is synergistic to wider governance led by DI Transformation team.
- Ensure alignment with Suncorp's Group strategy and AAI's strategy.
- Coordinate, manage and produce executive papers, updates, internal reporting artefacts and Board level reporting for the program.
- Define and manage the process for program agenda items presented to Suncorp Group and AAI Executive and Board sessions. Optimise executive agenda time demand and reporting effort.
- Ensure high quality papers which provide succinct, strategic program insight. This includes proactive assessment of status and risk, allowing timely executive input to course-correction.
- Maintain Executive Reporting roadmap, coordinating timely input from wider DI-PT teams while streamlining effort required to ensure program delivery momentum is maintained.
- Establish and lead indicator reporting to provide performance visibility and program assurance to Executive and Board stakeholders showing progress against and adherence to the program's North Star.
- Lead and develop the capability of the wider team through effective coaching, mentoring and collaboration.
- Display a transformation mind-set, driving the program north star through both Being@Suncorp behaviours and measurement, monitoring, and reporting of key metrics.
- Drive a culture that supports individuals and teams to deliver superior value.
- Embed a strong performance and risk management culture.
- Support team governance and compliance activities for the wider Digital Insurer business area
Internal Relationships
- Strong relationship with peers in Digital Insurer and Functional Executive Office teams and Suncorp Group and AAI Executive Office and Secretariate teams
- DI-PT Risk, PMO, Finance and Delivery leads
- Insurance (Australia and AAI NZ)

- Relevant performance reporting and analytics teams
- Relevant tertiary qualification (MBA, business, commerce, technology) or equivalent - Desired
- At least 5 years commercial experience mandatory, preferably in insurance or financial services
- At least 5 years customer &/or strategic accountability
- Ability to work across teams in complex organisations and structures.
- Advanced business acumen with strong knowledge of key business drivers that enables accurate business planning.
- Advanced critical thinking and strategic skills with the ability to analyse situations accurately and make effective decisions.
