Executive Role - Sales and Marketing - Over 50's SunLife Australia

Welcome to the SunLife Australia opportunity to be a leader in SunLife Australia. www.sunlifeaustralia.com.au - ideally located in Hervey Bay due to a a SunLife Hervey Bay development but could be located on the Sunshine Coast for the right person with respect to the SunLife Australia ‘big picture’.

We seek a self motivated proactive experienced mature real estate sales executive for this exciting and dynamic position to co-ordinate Sales and Marketing our new Over 50's luxury  development with resort facilities in Hervey Bay and Warwick as well as assist our marketing program for SunLife Australia to developers Australia wide  

The SunLife Hervey Bay will comprise 130+ apartments and will be a landmark for Hervey Bay. Warwick ( www.sunlifewarwick.com.au ) is a 97 lot Over 50's master planned community.

This is a dynamic exciting position for the passionate sales executive. 

Experience and a proven track record in sales to the Over 50's/55's community is an advantage but not a pre-condition.  

Roles and responsibilities will include -

• working with the team on the marketing and capital program
• co-ordinate developer Sales and branding program 
• getting new leads
• follow up all leads
• distribute marketing material
• open days for own developments
• preparing sales advice and contract 
• contract management 

Various remuneration packages and strategies can be negotiated depending upon your experience and capability to be a leader and capacity to deliver. 

Summary:

We seek an organised and motivated individual with a solid depth of property understanding and who is prepared to drive all forms of communication with other developers as well as our own developments. Must have a keen sense of detail for this important role which is pivotal in our business.

Need a performer who wants to drive hard for success. 

The successful applicant will work closely with the directors and stakeholders.

1. Solid commercial skills, attention to detail and the ability to plan and prioritise
2. Well-developed computer skills (with experience in data management an advantage)
3. A mature energetic approach - self motivated to succeed
4. A high degree of initiative and the ability to work autonomously
5. The ability to communicate confidently with a range of internal and external stakeholders
