TeamHEALTH has become the leading not for profit provider of mental health services in the Top End of the Northern Territory. TeamHEALTH has provided outreach services, support and advocacy for Territorians with mental illness for over 30 years.
The Business Supports Team plays a key role in creating an environment that supports the staff of TeamHEALTH to ensure positions and programs work efficiently and effectively. The Team is responsible for the establishment of systems, procedures and registers to ensure that resources are appropriate to meet the demands of a growing organisation.
The Executive Support Coordinator reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and works closely with the Human Resources Team Leader, Board and Executive Team, as well as a very broad range of stakeholders including Government funders, commercial partners, regulatory agencies, mental health sector organisations and other external parties.
The Executive Support Coordinator will be responsible for providing a range of prompt, high quality, confidential administrative and Executive Support to the Chief Executive Officer, Executive Team and Board. Duties may include and are not limited to - calendar and mail management, organising and coordinating meetings and any materials, minute taking, drafting correspondence, formatting of reports and presentations, data entry and maintenance of registers, filing, overseeing travel and accommodation arrangements, etc.
Although the Executive Support Coordinators main role is providing direct support to the Chief Executive Officer they will also work alongside the Human Resources Team Leader as part of the Business Supports Team as a whole. The Executive Support Coordinator will be required to contribute within the team to ensure that a range of business support activities are highly functional and responsive. These duties may include onboarding/inductions, off boarding of staff, all recruitment aspects, as required, answering of phones, assisting staff with enquiries, participate in Business Services team meetings and other administrative tasks.
TeamHEALTH operates in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment which requires the role to be flexible, reliable, adaptable, a good listener and communicator with the ability to use initiative in performance of work. The Executive Support Coordinator will at times be required to be involved in key internal and external committees or contribute to Projects, either as a team member or administrative support.
The Executive Support Coordinator is the appointed administrator for LOGIQC, TeamHEALTH’s Quality Management System.

The successful applicant will be required to have a current National Police Certificate, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, NT Driver’s Licence and completed the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
