About the client:
State Government department is responsible in providing support to Queensland small businesses under big plans for small business strategy. Our client is Currently looking to appoint an Executive Support Officer for a temporary assignment until March 2024.
About the role:
Provide high level of confidential administrative and Executive Support to staff within the Secretariat in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
Act as a first point contact for the telephone and generic invoice email function for the Secretariat
Provide a broad range of finance tasks, such as accounts payable, accounts receivables, purchase orders, reconciliation of accounts.
Undertake data entry and help maintain the Customer Relationship Management systems (CRM).
Arrange appointments, organise meetings, taking minutes, provide support during interview process, book staff training, inclusive of flights, airport parking.
Assist in operations of the office including IT and technology operations, access to car parking, meeting areas and workplace health and safety.
About you:
You will have previous Executive support experience.
You will demonstrate reliability in organising workloads to meet deadlines.
You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills
You will have intermediate to advanced IT skills
You will generate and share creative ideas and suggestions for improvement.
Benefits:

Full time hours Monday to Friday
Brisbane CBD Location
$45.09 per hour + super
