We are looking for:
- Certificate 3 in commercial cookery but chefs / cooks of all levels and experience will be considered.
- Fast paced decision making and strong work ethic.
- Multitasking.
- Creativity.
- Well rounded experience in larder, pans and grill sections.
- Valid Visa & working rights (where applicable).
- Australian based candidates.

- We can offer Casual, Part-time & Full-time roles, based on the candidates skill level and work / life requirements with remuneration ranging between $60k - $85k. Rate is based on previous experience.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the head and sous chef.
- Day to day kitchen cleaning and OHS compliance.
- Dish up high quality meals in a fast paced environment.
At least two years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications. Rate is negotiable based on experience.
In some instances, relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification.
