To be considered for this position, you must:
- Have at least 4 years' experience in a similar position;
- Showcase your culinary skills to create dishes that impress our clientele
- Menu planning/creation for an unforgettable experience
- Be fast paced and self-motivated for new challenges;
- An eye for service detail and presentation
Looking for a team player to run the kitchen alongside reputable Chefs.
Duties will include but not limited to prep work, cooking and food presentation, menu creation, budgeting and liaising with management
