Our Centre

Sandringham Children’s Centre has established a strong and well-founded reputation in Melbourne’s Bayside area for delivering quality care and education. We are loved and trusted by our families and have worked hard to build a beautiful community of happy and engaged children, families and educators. Our centre is purpose built, perfectly utilising our environment and natural light to create an organic space that is engaging and appealing for our children.

We are licensed for 86 children per day, spread across our 4 amazing classrooms (Nursery, Toddler, 3yo Kinder and 4yo Kinder) in a split-level building.

What you would be doing:

• Creating and maintaining an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy, productive and effective learning environment;
• Creating and maintaining excellent relationships with children, families, carers and other team members;
• Ensuring adherence to routines, policies, processes and practices.

Candidate Requirements:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Education (or working towards)
• Current Working with Children’s Check (must be EMPLOYEE)
• Current First Aid & CPR certificates
• Minimum 6months experience working within an early childhood setting; 
• Ability to follow and give direction, and use initiative;
• Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high quality care.
