What we are looking for:
We are looking for a mature & experienced Duty Manager on a fulltime basis. You will work with our licensee and great staff to create a friendly atmosphere offering first class service to our guests. Remuneration will be based on experience and what you can bring to the hotel.
The successful Duty Manager will be:
- Honest and professional.
- Able to work along side the Licensee with the ability to colaborate and grow the hotel together.
- A Keen eye for detail and great organisation skills are a must.
- Hotel presentation and customer service must be held in the highest regard.
- Manage & build gaming room revenue, customer service & experiences.
- Manage all operational aspects of the venue, bar & gaming whist on duty.
- Assist with rosters.
- Ensure all back of house reporting and cash handling is completed to an exceptional standard in co-operation with the Licensee.
- Training staff in-house, procedures, customer service, & product knowledge
- Experience in Deputy, POS, Excel, Reporting, Google Sheets, Outlook highly regarded.

- Strong background in bar, gaming, bistro & accommodation.
- Have a good knowledge and understanding of on-premise POS system.
- A passion & knowledge for beer, wine, spirits, cocktails, food, events, live music & customer experiences.
- Work independently as required.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and multi-task.
- High level of customer service, a friendly and approachable personality and a team player.
- A strong work ethic and a hands-on attitude.
- Able to develop, implement, and maintain procedures.
