We are seeking a talented and motivated Legal Secretary to join our well established Wills & Estate team. Supporting two directors you will have a chance to further your already successful legal assistant career.

Whilst the day-to-day work is incredibly varied, typical duties will include:
- Preparing court documents and briefs.
- Generating bills using Affinity and monitoring trust account balances.
- File opening, closure/archiving, including the management of electronic and hard copy content and liaising with the accounts department.
- Liaising with clients and dealing internet and phone with enquiries.
- Managing internal and external appointments and assisting with meeting preparation, diary management.
This role requires someone with legal secretarial/assistant experience and organisational abilities, a strong eye for detail and a natural inclination for taking initiative. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter but also thrives in a collaborative work environment.
About you
Our ideal candidate will have the following:
- Prior experience as a Legal Secretary.
- Accuracy, attention to detail and professionalism.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal document management systems.
