We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional quality and customer satisfaction, focusing on high end residential work, specializing in Venetian plaster and epoxy works. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled Painter and Decorator subcontractor to work with our small team, for immediate start. Possibility of a full-time position for the right candidate.
Position: Subcontractor Painter and Decorator (Possibility of a full-time position)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Painting and Decorating.
- Own ABN
- Insurance
- Must have a white card
- Possession of a driver's license and own reliable vehicle.
- Basic tools necessary for the job.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients professionally.
- Clean whites to be worn.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of painting and decorating tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as necessary.
- Apply paint, and other finishes to surfaces using brushes, rollers, trowels or sprayers.
- Ensure that all work is completed on schedule and meets quality standards.
- Maintaining a clean , safe and organized work area.
- Skilled in Venetian plaster and/or epoxy works is highly sort after.
