The successful candidate will be someone confident in their ability to manage a portfolio of great landlords and tenants. Bubbly, energetic personality coupled with outstanding attention to detail is a must and readiness to join in the supportive culture that is on offer. Experience in the industry essential and use of property me trust accounting and inspect real estate programs highly regarded. Must have a manual car license and current real estate certificate. Office hours are 9.00-5.00pm Monday to Friday above award wage includes a mobile phone and company vehicle. You will be supported by a great office with excellent team culture. This role offers opportunity for progression and training within the company to achieve your personal goals including conferences, awards nights and training by great trainers such as Stacey Holt.
