Experienced Property Manager - Manningham Location - Wfh Flexibility

Are you ready to take your property management career to the next level? Our client are a leading real estate agency based in the Manningham area. They are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their team due to growth.

About The Role:  

• Local portfolio
• Leasing support 
• Work from home flexibility - up to 2 days a week! 
• All duties required in managing a portfolio, including.
• Maintenance
• Routine Inspections 
• Arrears Management
• Owner & Tenant Communication 
• Saturday Roster - 1 in 6

Salary up to $80K+Super (depending on experience) 

About you: 

• Experience managing a residential portfolio
• Hold a current and valid Agent Rep Certificate 
• Hold a current and valid Drivers Licence 
• Experience using a Property Management program being;
• Property Me, Property Tree, Rp Office, REST, Console, Agent Plus, Kolmeo or Reapit
• Corporate Attire  
• Excellent Communication & Written skills
