- Vendor management: unconditional to settled & sold to settled
- Trust accounting including daily receipting and EOM (sales only)
- Oversea receptionist/junior staff
- Manage email account/diary of listing agent
- Process listings including marketing & coordination of launch
- Exchanges
- Additional adhoc duties
- A minimum of 12 months of experience in a real estate contracts admin or similar role.
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Impeccable presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- An outgoing personality coupled with a can-do attitude.
- Strong administration skills that set you apart.
- Local knowledge is a bonus, adding that extra edge to your candidacy.
