Key responsibilities of the role:
- Manage phone, email, and online enquiries, maintaining the highest level of customer service.
- Facilitate the processing of sales, from ordering contracts to settlements.
- Coordinate booking of photography
- Prepare agency agreements, appraisals, and marketing proposals.
- Create marketing materials including brochure, signboard and Letter box drop etc
- Coordinate and support sales events, including auctions, sometimes outside regular hours.
- Manage social media platforms and marketing campaigns
- Fulfill ad hoc duties and responsibilities as needed.
About you:
- Keen to learn and grow in the real estate industry.
- Possess strong computing skills.
- Hold a Certificate of Registration or Licence, or willing to obtain it before starting
- Demonstrate highly developed organizational and time management abilities.
- Exercise discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Showcase the ability to work effectively under pressure with competing priorities and deadlines.
- Communicate with customers and colleagues in a polite, professional, and friendly manner.
