AddressDavid Passmore Painting is a boutique painting business located in inner North Melbourne. We deliver excellent results on our jobs while maintainng a high standard of professionalism in all areas. We are closely aligned with Porters Paints as a preferred painter and have been Dulux accredited for over 5 years. We have a strong relationship with the Melbourne design and architectural community with the capacity to deliver on expectations. Our work varies from Victorian repaints, architectural projects to specialty finish work for Porters Paints. We have the benefit of working on a wide variety of projects.
We are seeking a senior team leader (minimum 10 years experience) to head one of two branches in the business. This role requires:
- Very sound knowledge and understanding of thorough painting process and application with the capacity to deliver outstanding results. Also plastering skills required.
- Ability to time manage and deliver projects with efficiency and within allocated time frames.
- Excellent communication skills for clients, workers alike.
- A high standard of care of peoples homes, property.
- Lead a small team, manage projects from start to finish
- The willingness to travel where required/ pick up products if require
- Must be able to work closely with myself, understanding objectives, offering solutions to any problems. DP/P will provide automony and the opportunity for you to contribute your knowledge and skillset to the business.
