Your Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisors to join the SEM Group. 
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding small to medium sized teams of skilled professionals through the successful completion several water and wastewater projects in the ongoing delivery of our Metropolitan Adelaide Water Main Relay Contract. Your leadership will play a vital role in maintaining project quality, safety, and adherence to timelines while fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Special consideration will be given to applicants with experience within water main reticulation, new water and wastewater connections.

In this role, you will be responsible for, however not limited to:

• Leading a small to medium sized diverse team of construction workers, including, Labourers, Operators, and Subcontractors.
• Coordinate day-to-day site operations, ensuring adherence to project schedules.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
• Interpreting and understanding BYDA Plans
• Ensure all projects are completed in total compliance with the companies Integrated Management System for Safety, Quality and Environment.

The following experience and attributes are required for the position: 

• Experienced with Water and Wastewater Service – installation, removal and relocation.
• You will have sound knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings and standards whilst also being confident in documenting daily site activities and as constructed drawings.
• Current Australian Drivers Licence (C Class required, MR or above desirable) 
• Mobile Plant Tickets, such as: Excavator, Skid Steer, Install Trench Support, Confined Spaces, Traffic Management, First Aid/ CPR (Desirable)
• Experience working on live assets (sewer and water mains)
• Experience in laying Water Main Reticulation and installing Stormwater Services – Highly regarded
• Experience with SA Water requirements, thrust blocking and testing requirements- highly regarded
