The opportunity
 
Responsible for ensuring that export of freight is carried out in an efficient and cost-effective manner while providing high level customer service to key accounts. Reporting to the Operations Team Leader, you will form part of a cohesive and supportive team working on key accounts. Your knowledge / experience in exports, freight forwarding, and excellent working knowledge of Custom Systems is essential.
 
Selection criteria
 

• Previous experience in export operations with knowledge of customs and freight forwarding terminology
• High level customer service and stakeholder engagement skills / experience
• Tech savvy – MS Office Suite
• High attention to detail, strong time management and organisational skills
• Strong problem-solving skills with a positive solution focused approach
