Reporting to the Operations Team Leader, you will form part of a cohesive and supportive team working on key accounts. Your knowledge / experience in exports, freight forwarding, and excellent working knowledge of Custom Systems is essential.Selection criteria
- Previous experience in export operations with knowledge of customs and freight forwarding terminology
- High level customer service and stakeholder engagement skills / experience
- Tech savvy – MS Office Suite
- High attention to detail, strong time management and organisational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with a positive solution focused approach
- Strong supportive team culture
- Focus on supporting key accounts
