The Town of Port Hedland is gearing up for a monumental shift in its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, transitioning from SynergySoft to TechnologyOne's OneCouncil. This change will revolutionise the way we conduct business across all teams, and we want you to be a key player in the next phase of this exciting project!
Our ERP project encompasses various facets, including finance, procurement, contracts, property, rating, customer relationship, document management, asset management, human resources, and payroll. This modern ERP software streamlines day-to-day operations, reduces duplicated efforts, and provides real-time management information for informed decision-making - all wrapped in a modern, user-friendly interface. Available Roles:
ERP Project Analyst- Rates & Revenue
- Specialist rates knowledge (WA preferred!)
- Develop and implement Rating and Revenue management solution
- Drive the design, configuration and testing of the solution
ERP Project Analyst- Regulatory Compliance
- Background knowledge in either environmental services or town planning
- Collaborate with business process owners to understand requirements
- Drive the design, configuration and testing of the solution
Trainer
- Cert IV in training and assessment
- Flexibility in delivery of training content (IT, HR, Finance etc)
- Develop training plans to maximise adoption of new systems
IT Test Coordinator
- Support project managers in coordinating testing tasks and processes
- Work closely with Subject Matter Experts to capture, test, and document scenarios
- Ensure seamless implementation of information technology

- Salaries start at $114k and range upwards based on your skills, qualifications and experience

Work Related Requirements
The preferred applicants will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol assessment to be considered for the role, as well as possess:
- National Police Clearance
- Current ‘C’ class drivers license
