Form of work We are currently looking for an experienced SAP Basis Security Lead. This full time permanent role is based in Sydney CBD with hybrid work arrangements. As the SAP Basis Security Lead you will manage SAP environments providing technical support and expertise to SAP Basis team and systems including establishing best practices and standards, prioritise daily Basis activities, compliance and system requirements, evaluating and directing enhancements/projects, and implementing solutions for performance monitoring, and system configuration, designs, and implementation.
About the role
Responsible to lead, manage, and execute SAP Cloud S4 HANA Migration/implementation Basis stream of work.
Lead design, implement, assure successful timely execution of SAP Data Volume management, SAP Security, Solution Manager, SAP license management, and System Performance Management best standard practices, processes, and tools across the SAP ECC and S4 HANA landscapes.
Assist in identifying, managing, and remediating platform level risks around software currency risks, SAP security roles and authorization, Basis standard practices and procedures.
Lead and proactively work towards managing and meeting SAP, internal audits, and external auditors to comply with organizational and industry compliance standards across SAP Basis, SAP security, GRC for both SAP ECC and S4 HANA platforms.
About you
Multiple implementation/migration experience across SAPECC/ S4 HANA Cloud migrations, upgrades, and implementations.
Experience in setting up SAP Basis/Security/Systems landscapes.
Proven experience in managing SAP Oracle and SAP HANA databases.
Experienced with SAP Tuning, Troubleshooting, Debugging related to system performance.
