As a Medical Receptionist/Practice Manager, you'll oversee patient interactions from check-in to check-out, manage appointments, handle inquiries, maintain records, and optimise practice workflow for enhanced efficiency and patient satisfaction.
What do you bring?
- 2+ years of experience in medical reception or healthcare administration preferred.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and electronic health record systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Practice Management software is highly desired!
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Familiarity with insurance verification and billing processes is desirable.
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and customer service.
