They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Manager to join them from the ground up and help build the practice into a premier destination for Plastic surgery.
Role and Responsibilities:
As the Practice Manager, you will play a crucial role in the successful launch and ongoing management of the clinic. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Clinic Setup and Operations:
- Overseeing the establishment of clinic facilities, including layout, equipment procurement, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient clinic operations.
- Coordinating with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to set up a state-of-the-art practice environment.
- Administrative Management:
- Handling day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, patient records management, and correspondence.
- Managing patient intake processes, billing, and insurance claims to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Implementing and maintaining electronic health records systems for streamlined patient data management.
- Team Leadership:
- Recruiting, training, and managing clinic staff, including receptionists, nurses, and medical assistants.
- Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages professional growth and excellent patient care.
- Conducting regular staff meetings and performance evaluations to maintain high standards of service.
- Patient Experience:
- Ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all patients from their initial consultation through follow-up care.
- Addressing patient concerns and feedback promptly and effectively to enhance patient satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborating with marketing teams to develop patient outreach and retention programs.
- Financial Oversight:
- Developing and managing clinic budgets, including expense tracking
- Identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth to ensure the clinic's financial stability.
- Negotiating contracts with suppliers, insurers, and other stakeholders
- Proven experience in healthcare management, preferably in a plastic surgery or medical clinic setting.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with patients, staff, and external partners.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and medical software
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and billing
