The Role
We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join Our Medical Gregory Hills to support our doctors.
The successful applicant will be responsible for dealing with all day-to-day operational requirements of running a professional medical centre as well as all aspects of employee management including development, performance management and centre budgeting. You will understand Work Health and Safety requirements and the application of those requirements as well as ensure documented policies and procedures are adhered to.
Essential Experience & Qualities
- Proven leadership and management experience
- Strong interpersonal, organisational and time management skills
- Commitment to exceptional customer service and patient care
- Experienced in workforce recruitment, rostering, training & development
- Ability to identify areas for improvement and drive change
- Minimum of 4 years management or similar experience
- Previous Management experience in a healthcare environment is preferred
