AddressOur client seeks an experienced and driven Practice Manager to optimize and streamline the daily operations of their medical practice located in the outer Eastern suburbs. This practice operates as a single general clinic overseen by the Director, who will assist with your integration. The team serves a diverse patient base, supported by established local physicians, as well as a dedicated team of nurses and administrative staff.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Managing office and practice operations
- Planning and overseeing resource allocation
- Supporting human resources and staff development
- Ensuring quality improvement and meeting accreditation standards
- Supporting business growth, including managing operations and coordinating marketing efforts
- Daily management of practice accounts
- Enhancing customer service, patient care, and stakeholder relations
- Facilitating the recruitment of physicians
- Minimum of 4 years' experience as a Medical Practice Manager
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail
- Proven history of client-centered service delivery
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Confident and professional representation of the practice's brand
- Commitment to maintaining patient and practice confidentiality
- Proficiency in optimizing office systems and processes
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance
